Welcome to Fall Line Condominiums!
Nestled in the mountains of western Maine, adjacent to Sunday River Ski Resort, we are a family friendly community of 128 units with ski in-ski out access to trails, an indoor pool, hot tub and saunas, 2 common rooms as well as a seasonal restaurant to complement the natural splendor of the area.
Please pay attention to the posted rules and signs so everyone may enjoy our beautiful environment.
Quiet time is from 10p until 8a.
All vehicles parked at Fall Line must be display a valid parking permit.
Parking registration application forms can be found at the Security office (by the entrance to the pool area).
If you are renting a condo, please call the person you are renting from with your questions.
In the event of a power outage, DO NOT use any water... no flush, no faucets ... until power to the building has been restored.

Saturday, January 17th
The Fall Line Social Committee is making plans once again this year for community events to help you get to know your neighbors. The first of the season will be on Saturday, January 17th from 4-6PM in the Common Room. Please bring your own drink(s) and plan to hang out with your neighbors, telling stories about the epic ski conditions!
Veterans No Boundaries
Friday, January 23rd to Monday, January 26th
Maine Adaptive's Veterans No Boundaries program participants will be enjoying breakfast and dinner in Frank's restaurant again this winter from 1/23 - 1/26/26.
