If you are renting a condo

If you are a renter at Fall Line Condos …

 

1)  Your questions should be directed to the person you are renting from

2)  We are a private condominium association, not a hotel.

3)  Please respect our home as if it were your own.

You must get a parking permit from our Security office and place it on the driver’s side dash of your vehicle (between the steering wheel and the driver’s side door).  

Be sure the entire permit is face-up and visible.

You will need to provide your license plate number.

Quiet time is from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. (and is strictly enforced).

 

There is no smoking allowed in the building or on the balconies.

 

No parties or events are allowed without management permission.

 

Pets are NOT allowed in short-term rentals.
