If you are renting a condo

If you are a renter at Fall Line Condos …

 

1)  Your questions should be directed to the person you are renting from

2)  We are a private condominium association, not a hotel.

3)  Please respect our home as if it were your own.

All vehicles parked at Fall Line must display a valid parking permit.  Parking permits are issued at the Security office (located at the entrance to the pool area).

 

Quiet time is from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. (and is strictly enforced).

 

There is no smoking allowed in the building or on the balconies.

 

No parties or events are allowed without management permission.

 

Pets are NOT allowed in short-term rentals.
