Fire Safety Awareness

Please help us keep everyone safe…

Only electric grills are allowed on balconies.
No gas, propane, charcoal or wood-fired grills, appliances or heaters are allowed within 75 feet of the building.
No wood fires are allowed anywhere on our property… this includes wood-chip smokers in grills.
No cigarette (or marijuana) smoking is allowed in the building or on balconies.
In the event of cooking smoke, DO NOT open the hallway door... it will trigger a building-wide fire alarm. Instead, open windows and exterior doors
Please do not leave bathroom exhaust fans running for extended periods of time ... this creates a potential fire hazard.
